AQE offers field services to many businesses and residential properties in the Greater Tampa Bay area. We will provide all the proper documentation to ensure the testing procedure was handled according to all applicable regulations.
We also work with others in the industry to provide reliable and accurate lab testing. For those sending samples to our in-house lab, we request a Chain of Custody (COC) Form. Our clients can provide their own COC for various asbestos and other sample analysis. If you are in need of a COC, you may use the ones provided below.
